About Us

Claire is a positive and passionate educator who has been coaching, mentoring and training professionals for more than 30 years with the Victorian Government. She has owned and run several businesses and is committed to sharing what she has learned to motivate and support others.

Claire believes in lifelong learning and engages in ongoing professional development. She holds qualifications in education, life coaching and leadership. Her philosophy is to provide hope and support to every individual by equipping them with practical strategies to help them achieve their personal and business goals.

Every client is different and Claire takes the time to understand your whole situation and provide guidance relevant to all aspects of your life

Claire is an experienced guest speaker who has delivered presentations to state, national and international audiences. She has extensive experience in the design and delivery of educational and corporate professional development programs. 

Claire lives on the Mornington Peninsula with her husband and has raised three daughters and two grandchildren.
