Personal Coaching
What is personal coaching?
A personal coach can help you to learn more about yourself, develop new skills, identify and achieve goals, communicate more effectively with others and improve relationships.
Coaching is not a quick fix solution – it requires a commitment from the coachee to make changes and apply the strategies they learn. A good coach will hold you accountable, provide a fresh perspective on problems and assist you to achieve the outcomes you have set for yourself.
Your relationship with your coach is private and confidential. Coaching typically occurs in one or two hour sessions which fit in around your lifestyle. You can engage Claire either for a limited number of coaching sessions (typically packages of 6, 8 or 12 sessions) or on an ongoing basis.
